When will my order ship?

Once you place your order, it will ship within 2-3 business days unless otherwise specified.  

When your package ships, the tracking information will be emailed to you.

Can I return or exchange an item in my order?

As a small business, we do not generally offer returns or exchanges.  In rare circumstances, we may be able to offer a return or exchange on a case by case basis.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order is damaged upon receipt.

What if my order arrives damaged?

In the unfortunate case that your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact us by email (info@seattlecandlecompany.com) within 7 days of receipt to arrange a replacement or credit.
